All three Directors have personally owned their own small business in addition to their extensive accounting experience, giving them a unique insight into the challenges, issues and opportunities facing their clients.
Phil Lounder
Phil has considerable and diverse business knowledge, having worked for a multi-national oil company and an automotive components manufacturer for lengthy periods of time prior to starting his own accounting practice.

James Alexander
James is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years experience in public practice who maintains a strong hands-on approach to working with his clients.
Over the past 25 years his career has focused on:

- Fringe Benefits Tax
- Goods & Services Tax
- Restructuring business asset protection
- Personal planning and growth strategies
James has completed post graduate studies in financial planning which allow him to discuss future wealth creation, risk management and tax minimisation strategies.
He has experience working with the automotive, retail, property management and medical industries, among many others.
Darrell O’Brien
Darrell is one of Adelaide’s most experienced accountants, having more than 40 years experience in individual businesses and accounting practice.
He has previously owned his own hospitality business and has been a Director of the Central District Football Club since 1986.
He has particular expertise in:

- Income tax
- Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
Darrell’s considerable experience has seen him work with clients in the hospitality, real estate, engineering, retailing and medical fields.
