Director:

PHIL LOUNDER CPA, FTIA, BA (Acc) 

Phil has been in the accounting profession in Public Practice for nearly 20 years. He has an easy going and understanding nature that allows clients to feel comfortable and understand the advice that is given to them.

Phil has a broad range of business industries that he has a good knowledge of and able to assist most clients no matter what the tax and accounting query. He has clients in most Australian states and with technology this is not a problem to communicate and keep client actively managed and advised on areas that may concern them.

Phil's goals are to develop long term client relationships and provide pro-active advice aimed at producing better outcomes for clients to achieve their goals.

He is actively involved in Management and Board positions in several businesses and non-profit organisations including 10 years as The Finance director for North Adelaide Football Club Inc and Adelaide United Football Club.

Phil enjoys travelling overseas and spending time at Sellicks Beach with family & friends, fishing and enjoying red wine.

Financial Planners: 

RICHARD LOVELL CFP ®, BComm, DipFP.

Richard is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in corporate finance as well as a Diploma of Financial Planning.  Richard has been a financial adviser since 2002. Before this he spent 3 years as an associate financial adviser.  Richard develops tax-effective wealth creation strategies with his clients. He also advises on direct equity model portfolios, self managed superannuation, redundancy, personal insurance and corporate insurance, and superannuation.

Richard is committed to ongoing professional and technical development.  He covers all facets of financial advice with individuals and corporate clients. Richard delivers this through high level strategic advice and disciplined portfolio construction and review methodology.

Richard is a motorsport enthusiast, likes an occasional game of tennis and is also a member of the Rotary Club of Adelaide East.

Accountants: 

ANH-THU HO CPA, B.Comm (Acc) 

Anh-Thu joined the team at PDK Financial shortly after graduating from Adelaide University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  Whilst with the firm she has completed her qualification as a Certified Practicing Accountant.  Anh-Thu's experience includes working predominantly with small business clients in various industries.  She provides a range of services to clients including quarterly BAS returns and general tax compliance.  She looks forward to building her career at PDK Financial and establishing long-term relationships with her clients.

Outside of work, Anh-Thu is an avid reader, regular movie goer and loves to travel.

JOANNE DETLOFF AIPA (Adv. Dip. Acc) 

Jo joined the PDK team in 2003.  Jo has developed a great working relationship with clients over the years.  Jo has extensive experience with MYOB Accounting and regularly goes out and visits clients who require assistance with MYOB or QuickBooks setup, training and BAS preparation.  She also attends to Tax Compliance work.  Jo also performs bookkeeping for small business clients that don't have time to do the work themselves.  

Jo is also the PDK team activity co-ordinator.  She has organised Dragon Boating for the past 2 years, and many other "Life Be In It" Challenges.  "It's a great way of building Team morale."

Outside of work Jo is an avid cyclist.  She rides with Bike SA's "Cobwebs" every Saturday morning and also does a hills challenge every Sunday morning. She enters the TDU Bupa Challenge, Amy's Ride, Ride Like Crazy, Boileau Velo and Around the Bay in a Day (VIC).  Jo is also a Port Power season ticket holder and enjoys going to games thoughout the season.

KELLY FU CPA, M.Acc  Accountant

Kelly has been a part of the PDK Financial team since January 2013 after 5 years of working as a qualified accountant.  Kelly graduated from Macquarie University in 2007 with a Masters of Accounting and became CPA qualified in 2009.  In 2012 she gained her Tax Agents Licence.

Kelly has wide and varied tax accounting experience and she now mainly provides financial reporting services for Businesses and Superannuation Funds to clients. Kelly is looking forward to a long and successful career with PDK Financial.

Kelly is married with 2 young boys and enjoys travelling and spending as much time as she can in her very busy life with her family and friends.
